Spacious and sunny south faced appartment with sea view Club Paraiso

I would be pleased to welcome you in my large and sunny appartement (suitable for 4 to 5 persons) on the 6th floor, oriëntation south, with 2 bedrooms and fantastic seaview from the large terrace in building Club Paraiso, Playa Paraiso, Tenerife South.

The appartement has 2 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bathrooms with shower and one en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, separate toilet in the hallway, livingroom with sleeping couch, lounge and fully equipped open kitchen with ceramic cooker, oven, microwave oven, sink, cooker hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, deepfreezer, coffeemachine, dolce gusto, plates, cups and household goods. There is a safe available for your precious things. The appartement is equipped for a stay of 4 to 5 persons. Bath towels provided. If occupied by only 2 persons using just one bedroom and just one bathroom, there is a price reduction. Thank you in advance for your trust in me.

The complex has 2 swimming pools, sun terraces, a tennis court, table tennis, biljarts, kickertable and a nice poolbar 0S3(CeroSTres). 

Whithin walking distance you reach the beautiful promenade and the beach, shops, shopping mall, supermarket and cozy bars and terraces, restaurants. Bus stop to Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos at 150 m, bus nr 471 (in front of the Hard Rock Hotel). The next coastal village is at a 15 minute walk along the promenade and coast where you can take a bus to Playa San Juan and Los Gigantes.

If you are in to hiking there are a variety of inviting paths along the coast.
Highly recommended for the ideal sun holiday or active holiday all year round.

Amazing Views!!

Odette and her husband were wonderful hosts. Communication was excellent. The apartment is spotless and every room has a fantastic view. The wrap around balcony has spectacular views of the ocean on one end and the mountains on the other. There are 2 supermarkets in walking distance and there is also a nice mall you can walk to as well & that also has another superarket in it as well. There are a bunch of restaurants in walking distance. We loved how comfortable the apartment was and loved sitting on the balcony to enjoy the view.

Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr feundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch für längere Aufenthalte, und ist sehr geräumig. Die Playa Paraiso ist stets eine Reise wert, denn die Sonne scheint fast immer.
