An excellent choice for those who would like a quiet neighbourhood, yet close enough to explore the delights of Golborne Road, with its independent shops and cafes, you’ll find everything from antique shops to authentic Moroccan grills as you wander through this quirky, eclectic neighbourhood.

From Golborne Road, wander along Portobello Road and further into Notting Hill.

Recently renovated by HoK Living Design Studio, you'll find 3 king-size beds in all bedrooms. The large table in the garden is perfect for summer evenings enjoying a drink after a busy day exploring London, or a morning coffee before heading out for the day.

the perfect base for our London trip

This was the perfect base for our London trip. The proximity to the Bakerloo metro line was a big plus. We easily made our way into centrum London every day. The cottage was charming and exactly the right size for our group of 6. We had a small mishap (our own fault) with the number pad, and even though this happened after 10 PM, Hok was easily reachable to help us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
