Nice Apartment, Difficult Communication with Manager

The apartment is modern, tastefully renovated, in an elevator building directly at the Manzoni Metro stop. Many excellent restaurants and shops nearby. My dealings with Anna, who works for the manager, were pleasant and trouble free. Messages to the manager, Marco, even about crucial issues such as check in and repair (broken toilet set) were not consistently responded to. Written instructions for how to operate the appliances (air conditioning, washer/dryer, coffee maker) would be helpful for guests.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very happy to hear that you appreciated the modern design, convenient location, and the support from Anna during your stay. The apartment’s proximity to the Manzoni Metro and great local dining is indeed one of its best features! We’re truly sorry if communication with me wasn’t as smooth as expected. Your comments are important, and we’ve already taken steps to improve response times and guest communication. We’ve also noted your helpful suggestion regarding written instructions for the appliances — we’ll make sure to include a clear guide for future guests. ✨ Our goal is to offer not only a beautiful space, but also a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. We hope to welcome you again with an even better stay! ✨
