Gorgeous retreat, very Tuscan,spacious and classy

We felt instantly at home in villa Vivaia. The villa has a unique location on the Arceno Estate, very private, with stunning views over the valley, surrounded by a fairytale garden. The villa has a comfortable, homely feel in a classy, very Tuscan way.We enjoyed having all our own bathroom and we appreciated the separate TV room.The kids could enjoy their movie and we could relax in the cozy reception area. We loved wandering through the beautiful garden with cosy seats everywhere, a very nice swimming pool and stunning views over the treetops. We felt totally at ease in Vivaia and we are looking forward to returning next year.

Back to Arceno at this new Villa, amazing!

We are returning guests, year after year we have enjoyed the estate of Arceno. This new gem has come to our attention when we decided to spend few days in Tuscany before Easter and have a nice time in the surrounding area. We have tried this new Villa, Vivaia, and we have enjoyed an amazing experience. Recently restored and newly furnished in Tuscan style, classic and modern at the same time. All amenities are there and the outstanding Concierge service of ArcenoRentalsClub always makes the difference. “Far from the madding crowd”, it is a place of peace and relaxation, outstanding views and a grand mature garden. We did not use other amenities like the air-conditioning and the pool as we were off-season, however the standards are high and really worth it.
