Why Luxury Villa at Park Duinzicht (house 704)?
This detached luxury villa is suitable for eight guests and offers a comfortable base for a relaxing stay. From the hallway you enter the spacious living room with a comfortable corner seating area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, combination microwave, coffee machine, kettle and fridge with freezer compartment.



The ground floor features a toilet, storage room, a bedroom with double box-spring (180 x 200 cm) bed and a private bathroom. On the upper floor you will find a bathroom with walk-in shower, bathtub and toilet, as well as three bedrooms, each equipped with a double box-spring bed that can be separated. The villa connects to the half-covered patio with garden furniture and a cosy outdoor fireplace. Each dune villa also includes a free parking space and free WiFi.

Pleasant stay

All in all a Nice Home away from home. But it lacks of many Little details: dusty lampshades, ashtray full of cigarette butts on the terrace table, to little glasses, cups etc for 8 adults, clean only on the surface but still dirty in the corners.

Der Heizkörper im Bad im Erdgeschoß war defekt, ebenso der Wasserhahn im WC im Erdgeschoß

Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt wie erwartet sehr schön

Im großen und ganzen ja, aber es müsste sauberer sein. Der Wasserhahn auf der Gästetoilette unten war die ganze Woche defekt. Das haben wir sofort reklamiert. Erst ist niemand gekommen und dann hieß es, dass erst ein neuer Wasserhahn bestellt werden muss. Wir glauben, dass das Problem schon länger besteht und es einfach nicht repariert wird
