About this property
Super king four-poster bed nr beach. Family luxury
This stunning Victorian apartment is a few minutes walk to the beach through the beautiful St Leonards Gardens and equally close to all fabulous and quirky shops of St Leonards. With a huge and impressive master bedroom, equipped with a super king four poster bed, stunning chandelier and the most sumptuous sheets, you can be assured of a romantic getaway. We’re fully equipped for families and a leisurely stroll away from Hastings Old Town. The space We couldn’t believe our luck when we were house hunting... This is the apartment of DREAMS! With incredible original ceilings, impressive fireplaces in each room, huge bay windows and the sunniest living room and kitchen you can imagine. The master bedroom is a huge 5.5m x 5m with a super king four poster bed, 18th century mirror, chaise longue and crystal chandelier. Total luxury and romance. Whilst you’re very close to the beach and centre of town, it’s a reasonably quiet residential road that only really bustles at rush hour.
The cosy bathroom has a beautiful standalone bath and decent shower as well as a washer/dryer.
The kids’ room is equipped with bunk beds, travel cot, books, toys and games and we even have a high chair. The flat is luxuriously furnished, but with children in mind, so everything is washable and wipeable; you can relax with your little ones around whilst still enjoying a luxury apartment. NB the bunk beds are slightly shorter than normal single beds, and are not suitable for adults of tall teenagers.
The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped - ready to whip up freshly caught fish from the fishermen or a plethora of vegan treats from this quirky town. Whilst it’s our permanent home, we are away for work most of the time so have opened it up for other guests to enjoy as much as we do. Guest access You’ll have the entire ground floor flat to yourselves. We have neighbours upstairs and downstairs in this stunning converted house, so complete silence is never guaranteed, but our neighbours are very kind and considerate. Other things to note Please note that the flat is not wheelchair accessible. Whilst the inside of the flat is step free, the bathroom ceiling is low in parts and the toilet is up about 8 steps (there is a sturdy hand rail!) The children’s bunk beds are slightly shorter than regular single beds so are not suitable for most adults.
Please be considerate of our neighbours. No loud music after 9pm (10pm at weekends) and no parties please. Thank you. Please don’t leave animals alone in the flat - especially if they have isolation anxiety and are prowl to howling.

Even more lovely than described. Nicely decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. Quiet street, always found parking. Perfect to relax after busy days seeing the sites.
