The space
Set over two floors, the apartment is entered through a private carpark (one space dedicated for this apartment) to a small gated courtyard, a set of external iron stairs leads to a raised platform and access to the front door.
You enter into a kitchen/dining area, plenty of cooking space within the fully equipped kitchen. Space for 4 to dine at the table.
on the same floor as the kitchen is the large king sized bedroom, this room has two windows offerings plenty of morning sunlight, views from the bed up to the East Hill of Hastings. King size bed, wardrobe and drawers, two bedside cabinets, mirrors and a T.V.
The luxurious family bathroom has full length deep bath tub, large rain shower, and colourful tiles.
