Beautiful clean house in a lovely quiet traditional area of the town. The old house was nice and cool due to the stone walls but when it gets hot there is good aircon upstairs and downstairs. Very well equipped kitchen with all the tools you need, two coffee machines, lots of pans and decent sharp knives. We only once found something missing and owner provided it quickly for us when we asked. The two terraces are lovely at different times of day and provided good shade when it was very hot. You can see the mountains from the top one. Only ten minutes walk into the main square and parking is in a free public car park very nearby. Communications in the days/ weeks before we went to the property seemed more complicated than they needed to be. An agent handles everything and you get messages through WhatsApp asking you to provide information, payment etc through another app and website but they don’t tell you some of the buttons aren’t activated till a certain number of days before the stay. Once there you cannot communicate with the owner directly but only through the agent. Having said this the agents were very helpful and responsive but it could just have been more straightforward. Very nice interior and dining table if you want to eat inside. The double bed might need a new mattress as it was a bit uneven and not that comfortable but certainly not a deal breaker. Overall an excellent holiday property in a lovely location.

Very nice location!

We liked the house and its location very much. Kudos to the owner for revitalizing an old building the way he did! Excellent job - loved it! Everything was very well equipped and very clean on arrival! Being in the middle of Campanet proved to be really great for us. To be in walking distance to the main square was really a big bonus. As a starting location for my cycling it was perfect. Communication with your staff was excellent. The few issues we had, were solved very fast and 100% to our satisfaction - Thank you Maria Rosa :)! There was one major issue for us with house and this were the beds. The mattress in the master bedroom is way to soft and on the right side of the bed it seems to be worn out because it's even softer. There are no alternatives in the second bedroom, because these are metal beds with a metal net and some very thin mattresses. (maybe only suitable for kids). The beds just didn't match the high quality of the rest of the house at all. Changing for example to some middle of the road Ikea stuff with firmer mattresses would improve the overall quality of the location a lot. Remark: It might be an individual issue, because I already suffer from a bad back, but I think if the target audience are rather people like us (no kids because there is no pool or sea side access and no youngster party groups) the quality of beds is a major factor for people to come again. ( It is the only reason I lowered the rating points for accommodation) I also wanted to suggest that it would be great if there were some rental option for longer stay arrangements e.g. one or two month with lower (monthly) rental fees.

Nous avons apprécié toute la maison Elle est bien située dans un petit village calme, elle est très bien agencée et très propre. Faite avec beaucoup de goût et de qualité. Vraiment une belle découverte Et quel plaisir de déjeuner dans ce joli petit jardin! Une agence et un propriétaire disponible et à l écoute! Ce qui est très appréciable!!! Rien à voir avec vous Mais le ramassage des ordures
