About this property

a spacious and comfortable villa on 3 levels ideal for two families

Our house, high up, forms a natural balance where light and shadow play in a landscaped garden.
You will take advantage of the swimming pool in comfortable sun beds or you will relax rocked by the comings and goings of the hammock.
The song of the cicadas will immediately plunge you into the gentle torpor of the South.
A ballad on foot or by bike will take you in about twenty minutes to the charming old village of Montferrier with its magnificent view of the terrace of the Castle which overlooks the vineyards.
A few kilometers from the house you will find a multitude of trails for beautiful walks, including the ascent of Pic St Loup which offers a magnificent panorama of the relief of Montpellier.

If you wish to take a tour of the city, you will discover Montpellier and its historic center (in the form of an escutcheon) where it is good to walk through its narrow, shaded alleys. You can eat or drink in many charming places.
A little further south the sea of course with beautiful sandy beaches between Carnon and La Grande Motte, where the natural space is preserved, swimming and practicing all sailing sports are possible
Further east, Aigues Mortes, an ancient fortified town, small Carcassonne du Sud and its salt mine, which can be visited by small train. The region also offers so many cultural discoveries: festivals, street concerts, dance performances .....

Tolles unkompliziertes Haus mit Pool und netten Vermietern - wir waren zu 9 und würden wieder hin. Auto wird benötigt wenn man Ausflüge machen möchte: es gibt viel in 15 - 60 Minuten Entfernung - Montpellier, Nîmes, Pont de Gard, Beziérs, les Saline’s, Kanufahren und und und. Im Haus gibt es alles was man braucht: Pool, Tischtennisplatte, Spiele, Wifi! Wir hatten tolle Ferien, vielen Dank!
