Located in beautiful Queen Creek Arizona, this 2 bedroom home is charming and comfortable. Situated on a championship golf course, it is a place to watch golf from your dining room or patio or get out and play yourself. There are 6 or 7 very fine courses within a 25 minute drive. The town of Queen Creek is small but we have new shopping malls, new theaters and wonderful local restaurants.You can relax and refresh yourself here in the land of the sun.

Great house that allows dogs

Great house and awesome host. Very accommodating and he left us plenty of closet space. Pantry was well stocked and no problems with the appliances. My dogs loved the fenced back yard and the golfers that gave them treats

We are a couple who enjoy this kind of lifestyle. We travel in our motorhome about 6 months per year, then spend our home time here. I am retired and my wife is still working part time when she feels like it.

Why they chose this property

I bought the home because it was only 10 years old, inhabited by an elderly lady who lived alone. She cared for it beautifully and we have gotten to enjoy a quality home in a safe and family oriented neighborhood

What makes this property unique

Access to everything. Costco is 10 miles and that's my only complaint. The restaurants, shops and entertainment are all close by. We are in a very safe neighborhood and it's not very crowded, even at rush hour.
