Villa 'MARIAN' El Portet. Villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, completely renovated in 2005, located in the area of 'El Portet', 800 m. from its famous beach and about 2 km. from the town, located in a cul-de-sac (very quiet), with central heating, air conditioning in the bedrooms, internet wi-fi, heated pool, 2 garages, ...
The house is made up of: Terrace (with table and 2 chairs), Glazed porch (with sofa bed, sofa set with 2 armchairs and table, television, Living-dining room (with 2 sofas, table and corner, television with satellite, dining table with 6 chairs and sideboard, separate kitchen (fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator), 1 shower room, 1 bathroom (en-suite) and 3 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (2 with two beds and the main one with a double bed).
Storage room in the basement (where the washing machine is located). Tastefully furnished. Central heating. Air conditioning (hot-cold) in the bedrooms. Fireplace in the living room. Ceiling fan in the living room.
ABROAD. corner plot. 2 Garages. Pool (heated) of 8m. x 4m. kidney shaped. Terrace around the pool with 6 sun loungers. Barbecue and gazebo with table and 6 chairs.
Animals are not permitted. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
Prices are per week and include bed linen and towels (not beach towels) and final cleaning.
ALSO AVAILABLE FOR LONG STAYS IN WINTER. PRICE TO CONSULT.
In medium and high season (June to September) the day of entry and exit is Saturday.
EXTRAS (optional): Pool heating, €150/week. If you want this service, you will have to tell us when making the reservation, otherwise the pool will not be heated. Travel cot with bedding, €25/week. Baby seat, €25/week. Sofa-bed (7-8. person), €100/week.

Fabulous holiday exploring Moraira. The villa was clean well equipped and stunning mountain views. The pool area was spacious, neat and tidy and the barbecue pit was well used, brilliant outdoor eating area.

Lovely clean and spacious property with heated pool, exactly what we were looking for (family of 4 with 2 teenagers). 10mins from El-Portet beach and 20min walk to Moraira - we spent a lot of time at both.

Lovely villa

We have stayed in many villa’s but this one is definitely the cleanest we have had. The towels and bed linen supplied smelt lovely and fresh. It has everything that you could need on a holiday. The villa is up a hill but it’s no problem walking up and down to the sea front.

Very clean property. Excellent condition pool. Could definitely do with air conditioning in the two lounge areas. Pool area is totally overlooked by neighbouring property, which is a real pity as the pool area is great.

Wonderful holiday in El Portet

This villa is beautiful, well equipped, clean and has all home comforts. Well worth paying a little extra for the pool heating it was perfect for our 1 year old granddaughter. Marisa the Host , makes herself very easily contactable. Lovely walk down to the beach but takes a little longer coming back up the hill ! We will definately return.

Nos alojamos en esta propiedad con mis dos hijas y niños de tres y ocho meses. Nos ha encantado esta casa. Está súper bien equipada con todo lo necesario en cocina habitaciones piscinas salón barbacoa.. en otras casas que me he alojado siempre faltaban bastante su utensilios y esta tiene todo lo requerido y más. A todos nos ha encantado y nos gustaría volver a este lugar. NO lo dudes si estás buscando por Moraira. A la playa se puede ir caminando aunque la subida como todo lo de Moraira es empinada. Pero está muy cerca de las playas y del pueblo. La piscina es preciosa. Un lugar ideal para pasar unos días en familia o con amigos

Mooie vakantiewoning met fijn zwembad en airco op slaapkamers. Alle faciliteiten die we maar konden wensen waren aanwezig. Auto kon in garage op eigen terrein geparkeerd worden. Klein aandachtpuntjes: De (steile) oprit naar de garage is niet geschikt voor lage/verlaagde auto's, omdat chassis dan over de bestrating schraapt. Zelf opgelost door een tijdelijke ophoging in de garage te maken. Er zijn wat bouwactiviteiten in de omgeving.

Perfect Honeymoon Villa

Absolutely fantastic stay here! We were on our honeymoon with our little girl and to be greeted with a bottle of cava and a beautiful note was not what we expected! The villa is beautiful, modern and well equipped! Plenty of space and light and no damp as we have previously experienced. The commodities were brilliant and everything was catered for! We decided to pay the extra for the heated pool and what a great decision! It was amazing and our little 1 year old daughter loved splashing around! The outside area is brilliant! All areas of the villa were clean, tidy and presentable! Well worth the stay and we will definitely be back again! Thank you again for everything! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Beautiful villa in El Portet, can recommend having the poole heated, we used it everyday! Villa is well equipped and very clean!! We have had villa’s before where, we have had to start cleaning before we unpack, so very pleased with the cleanliness. Short walk to El Portet ( 12 mins ) but longer coming back ( uphill ) but not excessive. Overall a very good holiday and would go back again.

Fabulous Villa with heated pool!

We have just spent a week in Villa Marian. The villa is very well equipped, very clean and very spacious. It has all the mod cons and satellite TV which was a bonus. The highlight for us was the pool which we paid to be heated for our October week and was well worth the extra money. It meant we could swim all day and all night under the starry sky! We highly recommend walking down to the beach & having breakfast at the Hotel Manet - a newly opened boutique hotel that offers all different breakfast options! We also tried the Stand Up Paddle and Kayak rental on El Portet beach...good fun! It was altogether a great holiday, our 3rd time in Moraira and definitely the best villa!

Absolutely Lovely

The photos don't really do the place justice. It is incredibly spacious and plenty of lovely areas to sit, lay and relax.Whether it is round the pool or after dinner round the table. With wonderful views of the Moraira area, the sun sets nicely behind the Palm Tree. The villa is clean, well laid out and has just about everything you could possibly need already. We had one issue whilst we were there, regarding the water, which was no fault of the owner, but Marisa was quick to find out and let us know what was happening. I would recommend this place to anybody looking to head to the area and seriously considering it again for next year.

Merveilleux

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa . Tout est fait pour que nous soyons de suite à l'aise .Tres propre et super moderne . Nous avons vraiment tout le nécessaire .Nous avons adoré cette déco ( de très belles chambres ) Le propriétaire est super gentil , qui n'est pas hésitant à venir si besoin . La situation est très calme ,a 600 mètre d'une petite plage . Un peu plus loin le port ainsi que la ville super conviviale . Un petit Resto ( l'oasis ) super sympa et de la Tres bonne cuisine . Nous y reviendrons très certainement car l'endroit est un vrai havre de paix . Il y a également deux petits chemins à faire à pied ( un qui mène à une tour et d'on la vue est géniale ) L'autre vous fait arriver à une petite crique ( ou personne ) tranquillité assuré ;) Je le recommande vivement que ce soit en famille ou amis .

Superbe villa . Conviviale , tout y est prévue . Que ce soit vaisselle , salle de bain , cuisine , salon etc.....) On se croirait vraiment chez soit . Propre . Superbe décoration ( moderne ) Et piscine au top ( bien entretenue) Notre séjour fut génial . L'endroit est très calme , à quelque mètre de la plage . Ballade , port , plage , ville à proximité . Petit Resto juste en bas qui mérite d'être visité ( Oasis ) Le propriétaire est super génial, et doté d'une extrême gentillesse . Je le recommande sincèrement . Nous y reviendrons très certainement. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à Moraira . Emerveillés par cette charmante villa :) Dés notre entrée nous avons été enchanté. Tout Y est pensé pour que l'on se croit chez soi . Très propre , jolie ( moderne ) Que ce soit les chambres , les salles de bain , la cuisine .... Piscine agréable ainsi nettoyé au moins 2 fois par semaine . Endroit très calme .Et la gentillesse du propriétaire est au top . Je recommande a toutes personnes voulant passer un séjour tranquille et a 600 mètre d'une jolie petite plage .A 1KM 5 environ la ville El Portet et sont port . Et un super petit restaurant à la sortie du lotissement de villas ( Oasis ) super (Très sympa ) Nous y reviendrons très certainement
