The host is very responsive. We checked in on a major holiday and couldn’t figure out how to turn on the hot water. Problem was resolved within an hour of us contacting them. Location is great! It’s a quiet neighborhood which is perfect for families. The train station is very close which makes it easy to see the major sights.
