THIS LISTING PRICE IS FOR USE OF THE WHOLE FLAT BASED ON 1 DOUBLE BEDROOM, HOWEVER I CAN ACCOMMODATE UP TO 4 (using comfy double sofabed - additional charge £35pp per night) You have option to use OFF STREET PARKING IN PRIVATE SECURE GATED AREA FOR ONE CAR upon request.
The space I am offering my whole flat including 1 airy double bedroom with fitted wardrobe & double glazing (an additional comfortable double sofa bed in sitting room upon request). I have 1 separate bathroom brand new complete with bath, shower & heated bath rail. My flat is on the 3rd floor of a modern block (no lift!) fully double glazed and with a spacious maintained communal garden alongside off street parking in a secure gated area. I am just off Putney Bridge Road on Armoury Way, Wandsworth. A perfect location for Wimbledon fans in summer (bus, tube or walk way).
I don’t provide baby, children’s equipment, pls bring own. Please be aware with children that there is no lift.
Clean bedding and towels will be provided.
Guest access
You will have full access to the whole flat (big kitchen/dining room - table seats up to x6) sitting room with flat screen TV & DVD player, bathroom with shower and bath, double bedroom and use of private parking area (upon request).
