We would just like to clarify a few points for future guests. Power outages are unfortunately quite common in the Dominican Republic. For this reason, the villa is equipped with its own backup power generator, which automatically takes over whenever there is a power cut. Occasionally, the switch between the public supply and the generator can temporarily affect electrical appliances, such as air conditioning units. During your stay, we contacted our electrician immediately, and the issue was resolved as quickly as possible. Regarding the futons, they are available when needed for groups larger than the standard sleeping capacity. According to the reservation details, your group consisted of 12 guests, which is the standard capacity of the villa, so no additional futons were required. We are always happy to provide them when larger groups request them in advance. With regard to breakfast, we sincerely apologize if there was any misunderstanding. Before arrival, we sent a detailed email explaining that the complimentary service includes the preparation and serving of breakfast by our staff, while guests purchase the groceries of their choice. This allows each group to enjoy exactly the meals they prefer without paying for ingredients they may not use. Thank you again for staying with us
