Near Delaware water rafting, kayaking and fly fishing. Twenty five minutes from Resorts Worlds Catskills and YO1 Wellness, Yoga, meditation Ayurveda center. Large wrap around porch to watch beautiful sunsets. Lower deck and deck off master bedroom with beautiful views. Walk on paths through the 15 acres of fields with an upper seating area with gorgeous views.

Our family resides on Long Island, New York. We bought our country house to explore nature and relax in the peaceful, laid back countryside of Callicoon. Our daughter now 22 has loved every minute upstate and still enjoys heading up there with friends. The country is a tonic for eliminating the stresses of the work week. Our 4 dogs also love the country.

My husband Paul fell in love with the views as soon as he saw the property.

What makes this property unique

Our home is about five minutes from the town of Callicoon and about the same to the Villa Roma resort. We are about 15 minutes from Bethel Woods concert venue. We are 35 minutes from the new Resorts World Catskills Casino and entertainment venue as well as the new YO1 Wellness Center in Monticello, NY.
