The pillowcases in main bedroom were dirty. Freaked my friend out. Location was supposed to be closer to St Mark’s but was 25 minutes away. 1000 a night seems expensive for that distance.

Good morning, I'm very sorry about the problem with the pillowcase. They came to us directly from the company that takes care of the laundry. If you had notified us, we would have immediately changed the pillowcase. You booked the opening weekend of the Art Biennale, these two days are the most expensive of the year. You spent very little for a modern apartment of that standard. I can assure you that the same type of apartment five minutes from Piazza San Marco would have cost €3,000 a night.
