Amazing private location overlooking grand canal and just 3-4 minute from train station. The apartment is a wonderful, spacious vacation stay, beautifully furnished with vintage items, travel memorabilia and books in every room. Kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed sunrises in morning and grand canal watch at all hours from multiple balconies and rooms. Thanks

Our inbound train schedule was extended by two hours, and the staff was extremely helpful in sending instructions for online check in so that we didn’t incur a late check-in fee. The instructions to access the property were clear and extremely helpful. The location of the apartment is just over the stairs from Venezia San Lucia station, and right next to water taxis, gondolas and vaporettas, and there is plenty of food a shopping steps away. The apartment is beautiful and spacious and the air conditioning cooled all areas of the apartment well. The views are beautiful and we will definitely try to stay here again on a future trip to Venice.

This was one of the best rentals that we have ever stayed in. We chose it due to the proximity to the train station (literally right across the bridge) and we were blown away by the apartment, view, decor, and space. We were a family of 6 and there was plenty of room to spread out. Bathrooms great. Absolutely nothing negative to say about this place!

Gorgeous Views

The location and views were perfect and the convenience to the train station couldn’t be beat. The check-in process was easy and pictures were provided to help with any confusion. The only real issues were the comfort of beds and pillows. The bed in the room with the “platform” was so thin, it felt like we were sleeping on the floor. It could definitely use a mattress topper or a new mattress. A recommendation would be to have a Wi-Fi extender so that Wi-Fi could be used in the bedrooms on the other side of the apartment. I would stay here again, but with just less people so I could have a more comfortable bed.

Incredible views & quiet area

A rep met us at the train station and walked us across the bridge to the apartment, which we really appreciated! She gave us a tour, set us up on WIFI, and showed us the check out process. The apartment is beautiful with a long balcony that overlooks the Grand Canal & a side canal. The building has a lift, which was very helpful to get our cruise luggage to the apartment. The online description is spot-on. but the beds in the big secondary bedroom has very thin mattresses. If this important to your travel party, be advised. While we were in Venice, it was HOT! The AC is what you’d expect in Europe. If there were fans in each room, it would make hot days & nights tolerable. If you stay here, make sure you pull down the exterior blinds to keep it cooler. The “negatives” - the salon/living room only has one loveseat, but there’s a dining table/chairs for gathering the group. The bathrooms are well-appointed, but the bathtub is really narrow & the plug didn’t work while we were there. It was only 2 nights, so we didn’t have a chance to report it and for them to fix it.The location was perfect for us - across from the train station & less than 10 minutes & 2 small bridges to the bus area. We walked to a COOP (grocery store) through small neighborhoods and with great restaurants. It’s about 20 min walk to the Rialto area, and we loved not being in the center of the crowded touristy areas. I’d absolutely recommend this apartment and would stay here again.
