Modern apartment with a warm and welcoming taste. Great base to be able to explore Rome and all its wonders. Strategically located so as to avoid the chaos and limitations of the historic center but perfectly connected to be able to reach it quickly in less than 20 minutes. Modern and equipped kitchen, a very spacious living room and a cozy bedroom complete the overview of the apartment. Transportation availability: bus, metro A, metro C and train (Tuscolana station). Wide choice of Roman cuisine restaurants and pizzerias. The socket in the kitchen near the window allows you to turn on the air conditioners. The switch near the window allows you to turn on the washing machine. The wi-fi modem is in the mezzanine on the kitchen side. There is a switch near the refrigerator cabinet that allows you to turn it off. In the bathroom there is a switch that allows you to turn the hot water and heating on or off. There is a switch on the thermostat to turn on the heating.
