CHAPEL COTTAGE, Built over 170 years ago and has undergone a full refurbishment, this stunning Cottage nestled in the picturesque heart of Hawes, It's a great location to base yourself to explore the Yorkshire Dales and surrounding areas by car, cycle or on foot. Located right in the centre of Hawes which has many bespoke shops, boutiques, cafes, restaurants and public houses, Ideal for couples and families looking for a weekend retreat who would like the option to explore the countryside.
The space
Recently renovated this stylishly furnished two bedroom charming stone-built terraced cottage is set over three floors and full of character and charm throughout, featuring a spacious lounge with modern Chesterfield leather couch, wing backed chair and cosy log burning stove, free view TV, Sky and Wifi. complete with a well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor, with a full range of glasses, crockery, including Prosecco flutes, a electric hob and electric oven, fridge, microwave and toaster.
Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. . This cottage is centrally located in the old market town of Hawes, in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Set close to the main street and Gayle Beck flowing yards from the front door, this is a wonderful location for guests to relax and soak up the special atmosphere that the town of Hawes has to offer. With a wide selection of traditional pubs, restaurants and individual shops together with a bustling market, Hawes has something for everyone.
Owners Paul and Kerri (brother & sister), who recently purchased the cottage, are happy to provide visitors to the area a high standard of accommodation.
Upstairs you will find two light and airy carpeted bedrooms (both bedrooms can be adapted to either superking or twin beds, with zip and link pocket coil sprung mattresses) (PLEASE SPECIFY WHEN BOOKING.)

There is a small pleasant patio area to the front of the cottage with seating area, a small area for enjoying a nice relaxing drink in those summer evenings after a long day walking or exploring.
With its original beams and feature fireplace with wood burning stove, this gives a cosy country feel in the heart of a great location. Ideal for couples and families looking for a weekend getaway who would like the option to explore the countryside or visit local Tourist Attractions.
Pets : Please tell us, when you request your booking, if you hope to bring your pet. All we ask is that your furry family member remains off the furniture and beds, and no muddy paws upstairs please.

There are fabulous walks from the doorstep, including Hardraw Force, England’s highest unbroken waterfall, and the Pennine Way. The more energetic can face the famous Three Peaks Challenge, as it is just a short drive away, while Gayle Mill, a fully-restored 19th-century sawmill, which featured on Channel 4’s ’How Britain Worked’, is well worth a visit. Alternatively, visit the Wensleydale Creamery where Gromit’s favourite cheese is made. Shop, pub and restaurant 50 yards.
