La proximité de l'océan et des commerces. Le quartier résidentiel calme. Le grand terrain boisé. Très bonne literie. Pouvoir garer la voiture dans le jardin. La véranda est difficile à ouvrir.

L´emplacement et l´espace. La propreté impeccable à notre arrivée (excepté le barbecue qui n´avait pas été vidé) Remplacer les couvertures un peu vieillottes par des couettes, remplacer le matelas de la petite chambre de la véranda, améliorer la cuisine, ajouter/remplacer des ustensiles de cuisson adaptés pour 5 personnes, par exemple une poêle récente grand modèle ...

Spacieux et lumineux

La maison est lumineuse et spacieuse. L'équipement de cuisine est complet. Le grand espace de jardin est appréciable. Il manque des équipements de jardin (Transats) pour se détendre et profiter du jardin. Le rideau de douche est à revoir (pas pratique).
