For those seeking an active break, you’re spoilt for choice, Fistral Beach is just a short drive away and Towan Beach is just a short walk, so if you’re a gung-ho pro or a just a timid beginner, this is the ideal place for you to show off or take your first tentative dip in the ocean and try an array of water sports from flat calm, sunrise paddle-boarding to knee high summer surfing, there are plenty of opportunities to book surf lessons or hire gear, all within a complex of cafes, takeaways, and shops, that are located right on the beach. Or you can just lie on the beach and watch the action from afar!

For the golf lover, well what can we say? You have one of South West's finest links courses right on your doorstep, visitors are always welcome and who wouldn't want to take advantage of playing the game they love with the Atlantic Ocean as their backdrop!


Guest access:

The property is a second floor apartment and accessed by two flights of stairs from the front entrance.

The apartment has its own private parking space to the rear of the building that is allocated to number 8. Please note you will be required to show the permit provided at all times.

For those guests wishing to bring more than 1 car, there is a Cornwall Council Car Park just across the street. The apartment is also ideally located for Newquay Train Station (0.5 miles away) for those without a car.
