Ideal for business or leisure trips, the apartment offers every comfort and convenience for a pleasant stay: living area, TV with cable channels, sofa bed, well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, dining area, bathroom with shower, and bedroom with double bed. AREA
Guests have quick and easy access to restaurants, stores, shopping centers, and supermarkets. The building is very close to the Farmers' Market, Funchal's Old Town, and the Cathedral. Many tourist attractions are within walking distance (e.g., cable car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc.). Barreirinha’s beach or São Tiago’s beach is about a 15-minute walk away.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to reach the apartment is by transfer—ask us to book with our local partners for a better rate than airport taxis. If you rent a car, any navigation app will easily find the address. There is a bus stop 2 minutes’ walk from the apartment.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
You have access to all areas of the property.

INTERACTION
We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply to all requests. We also have an app for guests with important information about the property and your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests must present a valid ID (passport or identity card).
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If not scheduled within 48 hours before arrival, check-in will be subject to team availability.
- Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request. First aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket are on the property.

ATTENTION
A Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in Funchal: €2.00 per person/night (aged 13+), up to 7 nights (€14.00 max per person/stay). You will receive a link to pay this municipal tax upon arrival.

HOUSE RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels for safety reasons only. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.

A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-in: from 4 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability and a fee.
Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.
