Wonderfully quiet and new penthouse with panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea. Just a 10-minute walk away you can stand with your feet on the beautiful wide beach. For your convenience, there are beach chairs and a parasol in the apartment.

The apartment is equipped with all amenities for a peaceful and pleasant stay. Immediately upon entering the apartment you can look through the large windows of the balcony through the living room at the beautiful view.

Of the 2 outdoor areas, 1 is connected to the living room. Ideal for breakfast in the morning or to enjoy a nice cool drink after a long day on the nearby beach. The other outdoor space is a large roof terrace with 360° views of the mountains, sea and beach. The glass walls ensure that you enjoy an unobstructed view.

The large swimming pool is just steps from the front door and is great for cooling off during the hot summer months. It almost feels like a private swimming pool. Done swimming? After a few steps you are already lying on your sun lounger on the roof terrace, what more could you want?

Eating at home in the evening? No problem. The large kitchen has everything you need to prepare a tasty home-cooked meal. There is a large refrigerator to keep your food and drinks cool. And the supermarket is just a few minutes' walk away.

You sleep in 1 of the 3 comfortable beds spread over the 2 bedrooms. A king size bed in the master bedroom and 2 large single beds in the other bedroom. Both have extra pillows if required. Both rooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning that can heat or cool the room as desired. Each bedroom has its own luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower and anti-fog mirror, of which the master bedroom is an en-suite bathroom.

Not only do you have access to the spacious apartment and balcony, but also to the private roof terrace of 60m2. In combination with the direct access to the communal swimming pool, it is ideal for drying in the sunbeds on the roof terrace.

We use a hostess who welcomes you to the apartment. She is also available during your stay for questions and/or problems.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood so you can really relax. The beach is just a 700-metre walk away and the beautiful Añoreta Resort golf course is just an 8-minute drive away.

There is a large supermarket just 400 meters away and in the center of the town there are many restaurant options right on the beach.

A car is recommended for convenience. Parking is free and in front of the door.
