Terraced house of 170 m2 in a quiet urbanization with swimming pool, facing west, very well lit all day. The villa has a porch closed by a window, living room, pantry, large kitchen, interior patio with gas barbecue and storage. Upper floor with 4 bedrooms, 2 of them very large and overlooking the pool. Fitted wardrobes in 3 of the rooms and an additional closet in the hallway. Services and common areas This house is magnificent to enjoy a quiet and relaxing holiday, with family or friends. The layout of the house makes it ideal for children, as well as easy access to the pool right in front of the house. The pool is open from June to September. The urbanization has a garden and playground. Parking place. Attention to the guests It is our vacation home so we will not be physically present to help you. However, our relatives and neighbors are available to help and of course we are available to answer any questions.

We have stayed here before and always enjoy it. The house is located in a typical Spanish neighbourhood. Quiet, and a short walk to the beach and shops. We felt like we were part of the community.
We had a lovely stay. The house is in a great location, and is an easy walk to the beach and shops. Check in and instructions were clear, It has everything you need to be comfortable and communication was excellent.
We have stayed here before covid and enjoyed our return

This house is perfect for longer term stays, well-furnished with a large, well-equipped kitchen and plenty of counter space. The townhouse is located in a quiet, residential neighbourhood, away from the more touristy areas. The neighbours are friendly, and we feel like we are part of the community when we are there. The hosts, Luis and Consuelo, are very warm and accommodating and respond quickly to any questions. This is our "go to" place to escape from the Canadian winters!
My husband and I loved our stay here over the winter and were thrilled to find this property in the heart of La Cala del Moral. The townhouse is very comfortable with a spacious kitchen and a good layout - bedrooms upstairs, living area down. Plenty of room for the two of us, and we were able to turn one of the bedrooms into a home office. The house is equipped with high-speed wifi, which works fine downstairs, but is not as strong upstairs.
The kitchen has a good set of dinnerware, cups, glasses and cutlery, and pots and pans for preparing home-cooked meals.
We loved feeling like we were part of the neighbourhood, just a 10-minute walk to the beach and to the shops in downtown La Cala, and a 20-minute bus ride into downtown Malaga.
Luis and Consuelo were great to deal with, checking in on us regularly to see how we were doing and making sure we had everything we needed.
We have already booked the place again for next year!

Schöne Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Mit dem Hund hab’s zwei Wiesen fürs Erste.

Location, brilliant, house disappointing.
Property in a great location, walking distance to beach. The house was disappointing having read the previous glowing reviews. This was a house share with the owners clothing still in wardrobes and chest of drawers. The same with the bathrooms full of personal toiletries. It was in a poor state of repair with broken refrigerator door, cooker hood not working , broken drawer fronts and broken shower head. The fridge was left dirty with mould growing on the shelves and food left in there and oven hadn't been cleaned. Plus many other issues which we have brought to the attention of the owners. We cannot recommend this property as a holiday rental.

Our property is published, not just a business as it used to be our Home for many years. Part of the charm is the feeling of a "home" and not just an rent house, as mentioned by other guests. We leave some of our personal stuff left in the house but we think never to inconvenience of guests. Of course guest may also take advantage of our stuff for their own use (towels, toys, movies, bikes, etc..). We acknowledge the comments and understand some items may need to be repaired which we do regularly when we move to the house for our own vacation, unfortunately we cannot do maintaining after every rent. We seriously consider the comments to take actions to improve the experience, hoping that future guest will have a positive assessment as most of our guests did for the last 5 years as per published reviews.

What a gem of accommodation, location and experience. The communal pool is ideal, clean and well kept. The property is only a short walk to the beach which has loads of bars and restaurants. A short bus ride takes you into the center of Malaga, which is so picturesque and places to visit,eat and shop. The accommodation itself has everything you could ask for, and it really is home from home. We will definitely be back, the owners are friendly and accommodating with being only a text/call away if you need anything.

This used to be our usual home, now we use it as our own holiday house during our vacations.
We appreciate our guests to feel at home and enjoy this beautiful area as we also do.
Perfekt för oss. Dock saknades det en barnstol. Området var lugnt och ingen trafik som störde. Stranden var lugn och smidigt att ta sig in till malaga. Restaurang utbudet var okej.

Super emplacement , au calme , piscine juste devant la maison très agréable .La maison est tres confortable , manque juste un lave-vaisselle ! Proche de Malaga ce qui permet de profiter de la ville facilement et de rayonner aussi sur toute la région . Les propriétaires sont accueillants et serviables , disponibles en cas de besoin . Très bien .

Merci pour vos commentaires et la communication a été très fluide. En effet, la situation de la maison et la proximité de la piscine sont très pratiques. auparavant il y avait un lave-vaisselle, nous n'excluons pas à l'avenir de le réinstaller.

wunderbar und sehr erholsam
Wer Ruhe sucht, findet diese in La Cal del Moral. Die Ferienwohnung entspach unseren Erwartungen, gepflegt und für Familien ideal.
Die Vorbereitung seitens des Vermieters war optimal und für uns ausreichend.
Idealerweise sollte man sich für eine Urlaub einen PKW mieten, um nicht nur besser einkaufen zu können sondern auch die nähere und weitere Umgebung zu erkunden. Neben Malaga, Marbella sind Nerja, Ronda und El Chorro empfehlenswert. Darüber hinaus ist das Schmetterlinshaus in Torremolinos was für die Familie.
Wir werden gern wieder kommen.
