Besides being historically one of the most traditional residential areas in Madrid, Canillejas is currently one of the sectors with the most development in Madrid, thanks to the tranquillity it offers its residents, its interesting real estate and commercial offer, and its close location to strategic places in the city such as Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport and the IFEMA Madrid fairground.



It is a residential neighbourhood that borders the Quinta de Torre Arias park, a landscaped space populated with almond trees and cedars that surround a century-old palace. In the area, there is also the Canillejas park, which has an open-air auditorium where music concerts and cultural festivals are held; and the famous Metropolitano Stadium, training base of Atlético Madrid, one of the best teams in Spain.



Likewise, this area has a quick and comfortable connection with the centre of Madrid and the rest of the city thanks to the Canillejas bus interchange and the Torre Arias and Canillejas metro stations (direct line to Gran Vía).



The Apartment:



This bright and welcoming apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet building without a lift and can accommodate up to 6 guests.



The spacious lounge, which also integrates the dining area, has a wide and pleasant balcony, a Smart TV and a double sofa bed. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and implements and also has a pleasant balcony that provides a lot of luminosity to the space.



The accommodation has two comfortable rooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds. It also has a spacious and modern full bathroom with a shower.

The apartment has air conditioning in all spaces.



To be taken into account:



IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.



Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.



Please take into consideration that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 involves a supplement of 50 EUR which must be paid in cash.
