The generous sofa bed comfortably accommodates up to four guests, easily transforming into a comfortable Queen-size bed (140x200 cm). An elegant bookshelf with a study nook and a marine-style mahogany desk with a brass lamp complete the area.

Seamlessly connected to the living room, you'll find a small yet fully equipped kitchen, featuring all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and microwave, allowing you to prepare your meals at your leisure.

The bathroom, a true gem, is adorned with fine blue Bisazza mosaic tiles and marble finishes. It includes a bidet and a spacious shower for 2 people with a 25 cm showerhead. Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Sie hatte uns für unsere kleine ein Babybett zu Verfügung gestellt. Die Unterkunft war groß genug für eine kleine Familie. Zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten wie zum Beispiel "spanische Treppe" etc. Sind es zu Fuß mind. eine halbe Stunde. Aber so konnten wir vieles vom Rom sehen. Ansonsten sind direkt in der Nähe Bushaltestellen. Die Busse sind meistens extrem voll. Immer wieder gern nochmal.

​Welcome to a house with a history! It has stood for more than 50 years and has been recently renovated to offer you the best possible stay. Our location is fantastic: a quiet neighborhood positioned right next to Vatican City and St. Peter's Square.
​The surrounding area is well-served by shops, highly-rated restaurants, a supermarket, and a theater. Plus, you can easily reach Rome's most famous sites. Bus lines 62 and 64 stop just minutes away and will whisk you to Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Campo de' Fiori, and more.
