Great location for recreation, dining, and getting around the island! The home is perfectly situated in an upscale residential area of single family homes on a quiet cul-de-where the ice cream truck still visits daily during the spring, summer and fall. This Topsail Island home is on the waterfront with access to the intracoastal waterway and only a short walk to the beach. Screened in decks, outdoor sitting, and large dock on the canal are perfect for socializing, fishing, crabbing and swimming! We have 3 kayaks for your use, bikes, an extra large swimpad for the kids (and adults! - so the fun really starts at home!) and lots of floaties, and boogie boards. Linens, bedding, bath towels, and hand towels are included. Ramp is tidal dependent - Topsail has 2 public ramps for larger boats and low tides.

This is a newly updated home. Our home has 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms with 3 queen size beds and1 king. There are two bedrooms with screened-in outside sitting areas! An inviting kitchen welcomes you with an open floor plan for that perfect gathering spot. There are 3 flat screen TVs (55 in in living room, and 45 inch in master bedroom, and one upstairs in the large bedroom) Every room has a view of the water! We have our own private boat launch and a very large dock. Screened-in and outside sitting areas on the main deck allow you to sit outside rain or shine! We even have a picnic table in the screened deck area for outdoor dining.

The home is perfectly situated in an upscale residential area of single family homes on a cul-de-sac on a quiet dead-end road. It is safe for children, for leisurely walks and bike rides. It is great for the family looking for quiet waterfront location yet still want a property that offers many things to do – as well as near-by activities. We are just a short walk to the (very convenient!) Friendly Mart, and the one-and-only “Trailer Bar”. 3.5 blocks to the beach and children’s park/play-ground and adult fitness area (work out while the kids play!) which is just across the street to the public beach access with bathrooms and showers.
Fish and crab right in your back yard with the crab pot provided for the use of our guests. Kayaks are available at your own discretion. The home also has parking for up to 6 cars.

It was a nice quiet neighborhood. Close to a store and the "infamous "Trailer Bar".

Loved the views. Place was well equipped, clean and very comfortable beds. We would definitely recommend and stay again. Owners were easy to communicate with whe n asking a guestion upon arrival.

Canal is amazing!

This home is lovely with everything you need. A short walk to the beach, but life on the canal has been our favorite yet. Nice swim pad to swim in the bay…great dock for fishing or sitting and reading. The home was very welcoming and comfortable! Communication, check in, check out….excellent.

Amazing beach week

My family had the best time! The location was perfectly located near shopping and restaurants but far enough away to enjoy quiet nights on the dock or waking on the beach. We fished, went swimming, kayaked up the canals, caught crabs and got pretty good at ring toss!!!

My husband and I love to travel and "do what the natives" do. I enjoy finding out where the locals hang out and partaking in favorite eats, drinks and dancing.

Why they chose this property

We chose this wonderful island property because of it's spectacular location in southeastern North Carolina . It's on a canal that leads directly into the intra-coastal waterway, and is only a few short blocks from the ocean. The closest public beach access offers restrooms, playground, adult outdoor workout area and free parking. It's close to everything, yet removed enough you can feel the relaxation of island life!

What makes this property unique

This home has it all! Newly redecorated! Updated kitchen with wonderful open concept allows you to enjoy your guests as dinner is being prepared. Screened in decks, outdoor sitting, and large covered dock on the canal are perfect for socializing, fishing, crabbing and swimming!
