Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 8 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon for snorkeling, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.
It also includes a 10% discount on Spa Treatments, 10% discount on Lagoon toys and Cabana rentals.

This single level 3 bedroom home is fully furnished two Primary Suites, each with an ensuite.
One has a King size bed and the other has two TwinXL beds that combine as a King with a high end topper.
The third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed.
The living room also boasts a queen sleeper sofa.

The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large covered lanai with grill. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 6 people plus 3 at the expansive kitchen island.

The living room features large lanai pocket doors that hide in the wall so the outdoor lanai and living room merge into one open space. Listen to the sweet Hawaiian birds and feel the tropical breezes as you relax after a long day of fun in the sun! The great room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the soundbar, watch the game, or relax with a movie.

The main floor lanai, equipped with BBQ, the outdoor living room is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home is sure to create a great experience.

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean

• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth, and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Ask us about deals on a GEM Neighborhood Electric Vehicle (Golf cart) rental for even more family fun.

For those with children:

Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with (see pictures and model numbers on our web site):

Things to do

Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, free form pool, and kiddie pool.

You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!

A short drive away are the six (6) of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.

The Kohala Coast is a golfer's paradise with seven (7) challenging courses all within 7 miles of our villa.

Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find a supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.

For larger groups ask us about renting homes next door / across the street so the entire group can all stay near each other.
