Clean and functional

Easy check in/out using lock box. Property was in a perfect location for us close to Crystal Palace Park and near to train stations, shops closed by and a short walk to Crystal Palace centre. Central London is accessible but 30ish mins away on the train. The property was clean and looked as the photos,allowing for about of normal wear. There is no WiFi and the toilet appears to leak at the base but just slightly. Good shower pressure and plenty of towels/cups/plates. Would happily stay again if in the area.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Stolen Zecurity Deposit

There was a small pen mark on a sofa that we left. Anybody could clean it within seconds. Theyre trying to use that as an excuse to not give back the security deposit. Another unethical landlord who hopes people won't push back.

Thank you for your review Charlie. There was more that a small pen mark on the sofa and didn't come off easily as you said. The reason to ask for a deposit is to protect properties from any damage caused. At the end all of the deposit was refunded to you, and we wish you would have mentioned that too in your review.
