Welcome to our stylish and spacious townhouse in the heart of the glorious bustling market town of Ludlow.
With only a 5-minute stroll to the medieval castle ruins and within easy walking distance of Ludlow's gastronomic paradise of restaurants and huge selection of pubs and bars, this is a fabulous property to base yourselves on. Enjoy the rich culinary heritage of this quaint and popular town. Unwind, indulge, relax, and surround yourselves with the comfort and amenities of this lovely home.

The space
The property is nestled in a tranquil row of cottages with separate front access through a lovely bespoke oak door.
The owners have recently decided to join us in listing the property for the first time. Rest assured, we have discerning taste!

Be our first guest and experience this lovely home.
As you enter the property, you are greeted by a spacious and welcoming front room with oak flooring, a cozy 3-seater and 2-seater sofa plus armchair, a lovely stove-effect gas fire, and smart TV with Freesat, and fast WiFi. The decoration is tasteful and stylish, complemented by quality furniture and fixtures.

Just one step down into the heart of the house, the light and inviting kitchen adorned with beautiful oak beams, fully equipped with everything you need for a short break or a long stay. 'A kitchen to inspire your inner foodie'
Gather around the large oak table and share your fantastic day experiences.
Upstairs, and through more bespoke oak, cottage-style doors are two spacious, airy double bedrooms with super comfortable mattresses, pillows, and duvets to recharge for the next day. There is ample storage space in each one and a hairdryer in bedroom 1.
The main front bedroom has a beautiful oak-beamed vaulted ceiling.
Do note that the rear bedroom has three steps down and the main staircase may pose a challenge for those with reduced mobility.

The large bathroom features a double-sized floor-level glass shower cubicle with an elegant rainfall shower head, bath, WC, and sink.

The rear garden has been completely remodeled and landscaped with Indian Sandstone paving between oak sleeper beds featuring flowers and shrubs to complement.

Guest access
Guests will use the whole house and outside space to the rear of the house. The garden room at the very end of the garden and the 3rd bedroom will be locked and used by the hosts for storage.

Other things to note
There is pay-and-display parking outside the property. It is council-owned and is £1.80 per hour (Red zone) between 8 am and 6 pm. There are lots of other similar zones parking around Ludlow on Broad Street, Castle Square, Corve Street, Dinham, Lower Broad Street, Lower Mill Street, and Mill Street.

A little further away are Coronation Avenue and the Linney which are only 70p per hour, Monday to Sunday 8 am until 6 pm.

Additional rules
Under no circumstances will any of the following be allowed:

*Smoking or Vaping in any part of the property including leaning out of the doors or windows. Smoke in the rear garden, discard waste responsibly.
*Parties, Stag, or Hen events are prohibited. If we are made aware by neighbors of this taking place, your stay may be curtailed by Pass the Keys and Airbnb without a refund.
*Sorry, no pets on this property.
*No barbeques or candles - these are potential fire hazards.

Additional requests
We have our professional cleaning teams, but it is important to us that you look after the property during your stay. Please ensure the property is presentable when you leave. There may be additional cleaning charges if our teams have to wash up dirty crockery or remove marks or stains from furniture or carpets. We appreciate your respectful treatment of the property.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a £40 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Verification process
Property comfortable and accessible. I question the need for such an intrusive procedure to confirm the booking. I fail to see the relevance of a passport number and photo and wonder whether this may breach data protection.
