There are many stunning beaches within 30 minutes drive - North or South! The Jurassic Coastline is within 45 mins drive and for those avid surfers Woolacombe etc. is approximately 30 minutes drive away. For nature enthusiasts you can immerse yourself in the idyllic Blackdown Hills AONB or Culmstock Beacon (AONB), keeping an eye out for the wide variety of wildlife. With scenic viewpoints, country villages and unspoilt natural beauty, Devon’s untouched surroundings are mesmerising.
Although peacefully tucked away, Hillfarrow Hideaway is easy to reach and close by all Devon’s main road arteries being just off junction 27 of the M5. A great central base for those wanting to visit Exeter, Taunton, North Devon, the south coast, Exmoor or even Bath.
Many local attractions are within easy reach which makes for fun filled day trips to: Dunster, Marine Aquarium, Weston Super Mare, Farleigh Castle, Bath, Dartmoor Zoo, Crealy Adventure Park, Exeter Cathedral, Buckfast Abbey plus many more.
