TEVERE SEA VIEW Penthouse is located on the 2nd floor, arriving at the entrance you will stop to look at a breathtaking panorama, the sea. Upon entering you will find the very spacious living room with a table, chairs, sofa, rocking chair, TV and a large window overlooking the sea. On the left you will find the sleeping area with 2 bedrooms each with its own private bathroom. In one room there is a TV and in all rooms, air conditioning and mosquito nets. From the living room proceed towards the well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge, freezer, electric oven, 5 gas hobs and also from the kitchen window you will be accompanied by the wonderful view of the sea. From the kitchen you will be able to access the outdoor space, a large terrace , equipped with tables, chairs, sunbeds, grill, outdoor shower, a sink and the wonderful sea view, but you can also admire the beautiful pine forest of Santa Cesarea Terme, you will be surrounded by the colors and scents of Salento.
