This villa is with a heated pool. The pool heating system raises the
temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not
heated. The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11
till 30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee
of €25 per day. Please contact Agni Travel 48 hours before your
arrival.
Jacuzzi is free of charge.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

We were at the villa for 1 week , we were delighted when we arrived the villa was beautiful and we loved all the different sitting areas outside and the pool . The pool was salt water and unfortunately my 4 and 8 year old found it irritated their skin. The villa is very spacious and decorated beautifully. The only thing that was missing was maybe an information pack of local amenities,taxi number and food delivery service. There is a taxi rank at the end of the road which was very handy but at certain times we did have to wait a while .

Amazing property

The property was better than the photographs.Very well equipped and a great place to relax.The only negative would be a little more information on local restaurants and more information regarding the villa its self. Safe instructions would be helpful and a charger for the speaker. Overall great property.Would definitely book again.

Unfortunately, our experience at Villa S was very different from many of the positive reviews. We are a family of four who have rented villas in the Canary Islands twice a year for the past decade, so we are familiar with the standards typically expected.On arrival, the exterior clearly required maintenance, with flaking plaster around the stairways, dining area and pool, and weeds growing through the tiles and plant pots. Inside there were damp patches in all bedrooms and the downstairs living area, and the bedding felt damp. Most concerning was the highchair we had requested, which had been placed under a leaking water tank and was soaked and covered in mould. This was replaced quickly after we reported it.We also experienced several power issues during our stay, including losing power to half the house. The microwave had to be removed from the units and left on the breakfast bar, while the sewer pump was temporarily powered by an extension lead, causing unpleasant smells.We were told the owner would visit to discuss the issues, but despite waiting all day no one arrived and there was no communication. Despite sending photos and multiple emails, the agency offered only a small refund. Sadly, we would not recommend this property.

Was a beautiful villa in a great location and plenty of space. Arrival instructions need to improve - no villa number given, just name. Has 3 bathrooms not 4 as listed (and 2 hairdryers not 4 as advised by agent when asked).

Our group of friends had a fantastic time at Villa Saona. The private pool and barbecue area were perfect for our laid-back evenings. The villas proximity to local restaurants made dining out convenient, and we tried several delicious seafood dishes. One day, we ventured to the nearby El Golfo to experience the stunning green lagoon and enjoyed some local delicacies. The villas layout provided both privacy and communal spaces, making it an ideal choice for a group getaway.

Just ok

Villa inside was good. Large and spacious with lots of natural light. Great aircon in bedrooms was a bonus. Kids loved table tennis and pool table. Cleanliness could have been better in some areas - outside furniture was very grubby and quilts on beds were stained. Only villa we’ve ever stayed in that had nothing in way of a welcome pack . Understand we could have booked one as an extra but never done this before and always had a few basic items provided. No dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, no dishcloths, spare bin liners etc etc. No instructions for any of the equipment including the safe. location was ok- we’ve stayed in this location before but this particular villa overlooks the large car park / waste land. Also only villa we’ve stayed in where we had no contact from the management company. Usually get a welcome text to check everything is ok - but nothing. We did have a fault with the dishwasher which was resolved quickly. overall was ok but I wouldn’t book again.
