This is a lovely villa in a quiet residential area. There's a small shop within walking distance and a large lidl 5 minutes drive away. Playa Blanca and Playa Flamingo are a 5 minute drive, with plenty of free parking on the road. Walking to the beaches takes about 30 minutes. The villa is very well equipped and has lots of storage. The outdoor BBQ was particularly good.Communication was excellent, often getting a reply within a couple of hours, even at the weekend. We were however given incorrect information on one occasion (asked if there was a safe and was told there wasn't).We were offered to have the pool heated at extra cost, which we declined but were then told it had a solar heat mat anyway. I'm presuming this was the blue cover- it was very effective- getting in the pool was like getting into a bath (in August)! The house could do with a deep clean- the floors and surfaces were clean but the two big rugs needed a good vacuum and some of the corners of the floor had been missed, as well as the skirting and the kitchen back splash ledges. The house has a safe and a very easy to use alarm. There is a large area to park a car, with plenty of room to turn around.

Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the villa's quiet location and proximity to local amenities like the shops, beaches, and parking. It’s also great to know that the outdoor BBQ and the pool heating system worked well for you, especially during the warm August weather! We appreciate your feedback on the communication – it’s something we always strive to be prompt and helpful with, so we’re happy that it met your expectations. We’re also sorry for the mix-up regarding the safe; we’ve since updated our info to avoid any future confusion. Regarding the cleanliness, we’re grateful for your comments and apologize for the areas that were overlooked. We will make sure our cleaning team pays closer attention to the rugs and corners next time to ensure everything is spotless. We’re also pleased that the parking was convenient for you! Thanks again for your thoughtful review, and we hope to welcome you back again in the future! Best regards, Lanzarote Vacation Homes
