My daughter and I made a quick ski trip to steamboat near the end of January. This property was as advertised – ski and ski out. However, it was unclear that the front desk was quite far away from this property, and the shuttle service very spotty at best. This would work much better if you go into it knowing you will need to rent a car. The property itself and furniture was old though reasonably cared for. It certainly could benefit from an upgrade. I don’t want to be too negative, but the view was a parking lot, the bathrooms were the originals from decades ago, and the sheets and towels felt old, very old. We paid a lot of money to stay here, and I believe the ski in and out location made it worth it, but we will look for somewhere more updated next ski season. Sorry to be a bit harsh. I could have made lower star ratings, but I am sure the owners are well intentioned,

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear that the ski-in/ski-out location worked well for your trip and that the property met your basic needs.
We’re very sorry that the distance to the front desk, shuttle service, and condition of the unit caused some frustration. Your comments regarding the furniture, bathrooms, linens, and overall updates have been shared with the owners and our maintenance team to help prioritize improvements for future guests.
We appreciate your honesty and understanding, and we value your feedback as it helps us provide a better experience for everyone. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again, and we’ll continue working to make the property more comfortable and up-to-date.
The property was just as expected and we enjoyed our 5 night stay.

How wonderful, thank you for the great review, Bob! It was a pleasure hosting your stay and we're thrilled you had such a great vacation. We hope we can welcome you back again soon!
Wonderful property. Nicely accurate pictures. Definitely a ski off unit. Ski on requires a little bit of poling. In COVID times, we skipped the dining centers on the slopes and just went back to here to eat lunch every day. Worth every penny for that perk.

Thank you for the great review! It was a pleasure hosting your stay, Steve!
Big snow storm over a busy weekend. The access road to C bldg was plowed each morning, but the lot was full of cars and snowpiles. Could have provided shovels so guests could dig out.Loved the unit for 2 couples. Comfortable & Cozy. Ski in/out was convenient, and locker was a bonus. Short walk to pool/hot tub that was packed with guests by 5pm each day. Basic amenities in unit. Smallish TV in living room could be upgraded. Kitchen well stocked except no spices besides salt/pepper/sugar. Nice fireplace and plenty of wood. Good value overall. Would stay here again for sure!
This property is fine, but could certainly use some updating. It’s perfect of you are out all day, skiing hard and just want to crash at the end of the day. If, however, you enjoy a bit of a cozy relaxing spot to unwind, this might not fit the bill. The furniture was very dated and while TV isn’t generally important to me, on vacay I love to watch a good movie and this one is in desperate need of an upgrade. The bathrooms are extremely dated...not a reason not to rent, but know what you are getting. The pool and hot tub facility is nice, with wonderfully kind employees. We were very impressed with how quiet it was in the unit. We are very athletic people and the “ski-in” was doable, but tough at the end of the day. Overall, a nice property but has some quirks!

Great condo layout & proximity to mountain
Our family of 4 had a great experience. The kitchen was more equipped for cooking than we expected. The wood burning fireplace (pine wood provided) was a perfect touch after a day of skiing. Ski in/ski out location was convienient. It was a 150 yard (some poleing) trail to Building C. Cons- the building & unit were a little dated but we didn’t mind. The master bed mattress wasn’t the best but we were too tired to notice. The shared hot tub was heaven after a long ski day but there was lots of hair floating around that grossed us out once we noticed. Pros- location, cozy layout, fireplace, stocked pantry & kitchen, two full bathrooms with plenty of extra towels, blankets & pillows if needed.

It was ok
The light fixtures in the bedroom on the wall one of them wasn’t working. In the second bedroom the blinds was broken and not enough towels and sheets.
