The apartment was clean and ready for us to move in. Instructions for use of the appliances and for handling items were provided beforehand with web links. The response to communications was very fast and generally helpful. Notification of two problem items (very wobbly dining table and a non-functioning bathroom fan) received immediate responses; however, the items were not resolved before our stay ended.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The key pickup and drop off was easy and convenient. Also convenient luggage storage before we could check in at a nearby site. The location of the property was wonderful for walking to many of the popular sites, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, The London Eye and more. We also had prompt and easy communication when we had questions. I would recommend this property.

Visit to London

The apartment was centrally located and in a borough with local residents. We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was clean and was as advertised.

Do not recommend. The apartment was not safe or suitable to rent, and the host would not speak with us or work with us to resolve anything. Major plumbing repairs were being done while we were there. They were messy and loud, and we had next to no notice that workers would be in the apartment at all, much less every day of our stay but one. There also were no working lights in the hall bathroom and no latch to securely close the hall bathroom door, so we could only use the one tiny ensuite bathroom. That was awkward. There were other electrical safety issues in the apartment, the place was not clean, and all three mattresses are painful to sleep on. Paul (aka Saadia or Sam) was never reachable by phone, and messages from him seemed AI generated. The one person we met totally by chance as she was meeting a workman in the apartment initially said Paul was her boss, but then refused to call him in our presence, backtracking to say she does not work for him or have his phone number. Really frustrating all around.
