Het appartement was prima. Strak, schoon en nieuw! Veel ruimte en van alle gemakken voorzien.Ons grote bezwaar was dat het appartement op het noorden stond. Dus de hele dag geen zon op ons geweldige balkon. Daardoor was het binnenin het appartement ook vrij kil.Tegenover ons zaten mensen in korte broek op hun balkon en wij konden er , zelfs met kleren aan, niet zitten.We hebben dit direct kenbaar gemaakt bij Sunny Homes, maar ze konden er niks aan veranderen. Als we dit geweten hadden, hadden we een ander appartement gekozen.

Katastrophale Unterkunft

Reine Katastrophe!Zu Beginn war bereits die Kommunikation sehr schwierig da immer im Abstand von einigen Tagen geantwortet wurde. Ich habe zwei Wohnungen gebucht für mich und meine Eltern und habe bis zum Schluss nur die Bestätigung einer Wohnung erhalten. Auf mehrmalige Nachfrage hieß es alles seinen Ordnung allerdings gab es einfach keine Bestätigung dafür. Angekommen mussten wir dann feststellen dass wir den Schlüssel in einem Briefkasten abholen müssen eine Stadt weiter. Das klappt dann ganz gut und die Anlage an sich war auch sehr schön. Dienwohnungrn waren beide sehr benutzt und einige Dinge waren bereits kaputt oder sehr Minderwertig repariert. In der ersten Wohnung war das Fliegengitter gerissen und der Klodeckel gebrochen. In der zweiten Wohnung, welche mit Fotos zu einem wahnsinnig tollen Meerblick beworben wird, gab es kein funktionierendes Mobiliar am Balkon. Die Stühle waren so rostig dass man sich die Finger aufschneidet beim ausklappen. Die Palme auf dem Balkon ist auch bereits vor Jahren vertrocknet und geputzt wurde wahrscheinlich noch nie. Im Schlafzimmer war der elektrische Rollo kaputt, sehr gut wenn die Sonne um 05:37 aufgeht. In der Küche fehlte eine Schranktür und alles im Schrank war verstaubt. Die Lüftung der Klimaanlage wurde mit Wäscheklammern befestigt weil sie ebenfalls kaputt war. Zu allem Übel, kam in der zweiten Hälfte unseres Urlaubs einfach eine fremde Person in unsere Wohnung. Die Person hatte einen Schlüssel und stand plötzlich da.

Leider hat die Heizung nicht funktioniert. Und auch nach meiner Mail und Telefonaten hat sich niemand für unser Problem interessiert. Schade
