About this property

Casa Sebastian

Detached house located 50 metres from Riells Beach, with outdoor access and plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy. Backyard equipped with a barbecue and outdoor furniture. All 3 bedrooms feature programmable ceiling fans. It also features a spacious living room with a TV and sofas, 1 half-bath, 1 full bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Four bicycles are provided free of charge (2 for adults—1 with a baby seat—and 2 for children). A paddleboard and a ping-pong table are also available. You can park inside the house or outside for free. It’s best to walk, since we’re just a one-minute walk from the beach and the supermarket. The marina is 5 minutes away. If you’d like to ride a bike, you can take the beach promenade and then the bike path to the centre of L'Escala in 8 minutes. We hope you enjoy our home!!

Très bonne communication avec Isaac: instructions détaillées, réponses rapides aux questions et entrée autonome. Nous avons même pu rentrer plus tôt que prévu dans la Casa Sebastian ! La cuisine a un four micro-ondes mais pas de four: il faut y penser pour les repas. La maison est très confortable et très agréable. Beaucoup de choses sont mises à disposition (paddle, capsules de café, thé, divers produits de nettoyage). Merci pour tout !

Maison très propre à notre arrivée. Idéalement située, à quelques pas de la plage. Isaac, l’hôte, est très disponible et réponds rapidement à nos demandes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dès que possible…
