We had a great stay at this condo! The location is perfect, right in downtown Austin with a beautiful lake view from the 23rd floor. The place was clean, modern, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and made check-in super easy. Amenities were in great condition and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Austin!

Weekend anniversary trip to Austin

Great stay and the hospitality was excellent. The location of the Vrbo was central and offered a lot of amenities to do during our stay. Would recommend this to anyone traveling to the area either single,married or with kids.

We enjoyed our short stay in this Rainey St condo. 23rd floor corner unit provided great views of Ladybird Lake. It was clean, nicely decorated and the mattress was very comfy. The rooftop pool area was beautiful. We'd definitely stay here again.

Our one night relaxing stay

We went on our honeymoon in Hawaii and decided to book this room for one night when we returned and it was amazing !! I highly recommend staying here. Its extremely accessible to Downtown Austin . A lot of things are within walking distance.

Such a great stay! And wow- the view is so good. Being downtown in the hussle and bussle is so fun, but going back to the peace of an upper story with stunning views is the best of both worlds. (Easy communication with host as well)

Beautiful Condo-Gorgeous Views!

Had a wonderful time in Austin staying at this luxury condo. Loved having an outdoor balcony to sit on. Rooftop pool was absolutely gorgeous (just very cold-good for a morning plunge after a night out). Nearby Rainey Street had a lot of cool spots to visit. Highly recommend.

Great property, all as advertised. EXCELLENT location. Rooftop pool is great! Condo mattress, pillows and bedding - even on pullout - were all outstanding, we slept sososo well every night. Host was very gracious with arranging to get us a second key. We’d stay here again, for sure!

Amazing stay!

Rakesh was amazing host. My partner and I stayed here for a little weekend getaway for our anniversary, and brought our toddler along with us. Rakesh even bought us some wine and chocolates for our anniversary to make our stay even better. The place is beautiful, especially the view outside on the balcony! We will definitely be back, hoping it’ll be warmer outside when we come back so we can enjoy the pool!

Great location and views

Stayed here for a long weekend. The condo was great and the bed was comfortable. Never felt sore waking up in the morning. We parked on the street everyday based on the building staff recommendation for cost. There was enough street parking that we always had a space. The location is fantastic. Rainey street was more our vibe for a night out so it was great to walk a couple of minutes and be in the action. I’d definitely stay in this area for any future trips to Austin and would come back to this condo if available. The views of the river were great. The trails along the river were close and made walking to the downtown convenient and more enjoyable with the view.

Great Condo in an Even Better Location!

Stayed here for 12 days in March of 2025, and couldn't be happier. We've been coming to Austin annually for the last 15 years, and this is definitely one of the best (if not "the" best) place we've stayed.Location just off Rainey is excellent - walking distance to everything we needed (perfect, as we don't rent a car when we visit Austin).Check-in was super easy, thanks to the 24-hour concierge, and communication with the owner was great - I had a few questions leading up to our check-in date, and he never took more than an hour to get back to me.The condo itself is FABULOUS - very roomy, with high-end appliances, a gorgeous bathroom, excellent balcony for morning coffee, and a ridiculously comfortable bed. Washer/dryer IN the unit is icing on the cake - with a longer term stay and hot/humid days, this really came in handy.Great coffee shop in the lobby, plenty of restaurants nearby, and a very handy Royal Blue Grocery just around the corner.Literally our only minor quibble would be: the bathroom could use another towel bar or hooks, and the bedroom could use a dresser with drawers for pants, socks etc. But honestly, that's about as minor a quibble as I've ever had for a place lol.Overall, this is an outstanding property that we very much look forward to staying at next time we visit Austin!

PERFECT TO CHILL AFTER SURGERY

My husband and I flew in for him to have surgery at St David's Medical Center. I was looking for a beautiful, comfortable place with a beautiful open views, so my husband wouldn't feel boxed in a sterile hotel room. Rakesh's apt was the perfect choice for us! He was very responsive, accommodating and flexible, and took care of all our requests upfront. The apt was immaculately clean (no traces of pets) and had everything we needed to be comfortable (dinnerware, flatware, cooking utensils, toiletries, extra linens, etc). The bed was delicious and the bedroom quiet with blackout shades. The shower was hot with good pressure. The furniture was comfy and beautiful to look at. The high views of the lake/river and the moon were amazing. The building staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our needs - just by the riverwalk. We'd Uber to the hospital in just 7min and most attractions within 10min. Rainey street vintage bungalows bars are just a couple of min away. The rooftop and the pool are so nice (aim to get up there on the weekdays, if you can). The building is busy with guests having a good time, but we saw no trouble makers and heard no loud noises. The hallways seem quiet. We would definitely go back. Look no more!
