The property also benefits from a small, attractive, private garden area with outdoor seating on a patio where you can sit and catch the evening sun with a glass of wine. The property is close to Picardy Place tram stop for easy access to the airport and Murrayfield Stadium.

The open plan ground floor offers a cosy sitting/dining area with sliding doors opening into the garden as well as a fully equipped kitchen area. Both the washing machine and the tumble dryer can be found in the garage. There is also a shower room with wc and wash hand basin on the ground floor.

Stairs lead to the first floor accommodating 2 bedrooms which overlook the garden area. This property operates a key safe, so you can let yourself into the property any time after 4pm. The key safe code will be issued before your arrival.

Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00, it is always worth contacting the property manager, who will endeavor to give you access as soon as possible.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
