This is a gorgeous one bedroom flat in the heart of London just a stones throw from the Southbank in Waterloo.

The flat is extremely well located for walking along the river to the Tate modern or Borough market or you can hop on the underground at Waterloo which is a 4min walk away to access the Jubilee, Northern and Bakerloo lines as well as the overground rail network.

The flat has everything you need from bedding and towels to cooking essentials, coffee maker and large screen wifi TV. Of course we also have central heating and AC in the bedroom for the summer months.

There is also a cute outdoor space which is private to the flat.

Excellent Location

Great location for easy access to Waterloo Station and short walk to a variety of shops and restaurants. We were on the go a lot and didn't spend much time in the apt. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the air conditioning for a good nights sleep. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location

Pros: Comfortable bed, fantastic location to tube, river walk, restaurants. Apartment was clean. Property manager very responsive. Cons: Only two towels for 8day stay. No written instructions on use of washer/dryer (property manager came by to explain). Peculiar lighting system. No useable outdoor space (there is an outdoor patio area but it is dirty, full of weeds, no furniture to use). Interior hallway of building is nasty. Tiny bathroom.

What a shame you didn’t express any issues when you were staying, we would have been happy to assist with cleaning the patio to your expectations (it was clean of course but you had a different expectation). I do hope that you will be kinder to hosts in future. Especially after leaving the flat in the state that you did. Best of luck.
