The Space:
The living room at Bentley Wynd is packed with style. Light floods in from the front window which amplifies the feeling of spaciousness. Rich colours and textures are added through the furniture and soft furnishings. In the living area, the soft cream sofa brings warmth to the space. Perfect for relaxing, you can lay back on the sofa and get lost in a good book. In the winter months, turn on the fire and enjoy a cosy night in front of the TV.

Head to the kitchen and you’ll find a modern and unique space. With pistachio green cabinets and white worktops, there is an undeniable cool look. Both practical and stylish, the kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays. There is an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

The dining area includes a black dining table and matching chairs. This spot is ideal for laidback breakfasts following lazy mornings and evening meals after busy days in the town. Whether you’re ordering a takeaway, or you’ve prepared a meal in the kitchen, you’ll enjoy socialising with your loved one over a delicious meal at Bentley Wynd.

The bedroom features beige and grey to create the ultimate tranquil space. Boasting a comfy king size bed with premium bedding and linens, you’ll enjoy your night's sleep at Bentley Wynd. There is ample storage for your belongings as there is a generously sized cupboard.

The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, WC and basin. With tiled flooring and brick style wall tiles, the space is modern and clean.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to Bentley Wynd are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to your arrival.

Known as one of the most scenic towns in North Yorkshire, Yarm has a whole host of places to eat, drink and explore during your stay. With bistros, bars, restaurants and cosy cafes lining the high street, just a stone’s throw away from Bentley Wynd, you can enjoy a wide range of culinary delights. Previously voted the best high street in the UK, there are plenty of shops to enjoy a leisurely afternoon of retail therapy.

Located just a short drive from the beautiful seaside town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea and the stunning village of Great Ayton, Bentley Wynd is the perfect base to discover this beautiful part of England.

Getting Around:
Bentley Wynd is located just off Yarm High Street so the market town can be easily explored on foot.

Both Yarm Green Lane and Eaglescliffe train stations are within walking distance of the property and both routes have great links to surrounding towns.

Darlington is only a 20-minute journey from Eaglescliffe and has great access links to Newcastle, Leeds, York, London and Edinburgh.
