Small but fine - holiday apartment with sun terrac

We offer you accommodation in a quiet location not far from the famous beach promenade, which can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.
The apartment is located in the greenest district of Binz, the Klünderberg. The property itself is in a very quiet location and has an approximately 600 square meter well-kept garden.
The 1-room apartment has a kitchen with a stove, oven, coffee machines (normal and nespresso), dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment and everything you need for self-catering. The bathroom was equipped with an extra large shower.
We have a large south-facing terrace facing the garden where you have sun almost all day long. From there you can also access the garden, which is shared with the guests of the neighboring apartment. The terrace, garden furniture and grill are exclusively for you.
We have underfloor heating throughout the entire apartment so that no one has to get cold feet even in winter
Our rent does not include bed linen and towels. You can bring your own or rent them separately for €12.50 per set.

When it came to furnishings, it was important to us that no compromises were made on quality: an extra-wide bed was just as important to us as a fully equipped kitchen, of course with a stove and oven. A large refrigerator is a must, as is a dishwasher. The bathroom has an extra large shower and a washing machine for longer stays. For entertainment, there are several streaming offers on the television.
The entire apartment is heated with underfloor heating.
