Outside there is a private swimming pool to cool off during the hot summer days, sun loungers and outdoor furniture to enjoy meals cooked on the barbecue.

All bookings include free of charge all running water consumption, 50€ of electricity consumption per booking and, in winter season and if the property has it, 50€ of non-electricity consumption (heating by gasoil, gas or propane). All properties have indoor or outdoor meters, accessible and verifiable by the client. The price of the additional consumption is 0,35€/kWh.



The Sustainable Tourism Tax is €2 per person per night of stay. Children under 16 years of age do not pay this tax.



All bed linen, a set of shower towels and beach towels are provided for each guest.
