It is next to the spacious living room where you can sit and relax in front of the TV or step out onto the balcony. The living room has a comfy couch which can sit at least 6 people. From the balcony you can see a clear view of the ocean. The balcony stretches the entire length of the condo and can be accessed through three sliding glass doors, one through the living room, one through the second master bedroom, and one through the third bedroom. There are two large master bedrooms each has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds which can comfortably sleep two people.

Our condo is located in North Hampton, a high rise building close to Hilton Hotel & Embassy Suites. It is a safe place for children, adults, and retirees. The advertised property requires a key to enter the lobby where there is also an on-site security guard and video surveillance. There is an outdoor pool close to the beach. Located nearby are also two luxury hotels where you can have a meal or just get a coffee at Starbucks.

Walmart, Tanger Outlet, and various other shops and restaurants are located minutes away. Long term rental requests will be considered.
