This Gloucester Street sub-penthouse apartment is a spacious 3 bedroom luxury home. The 200sqm space spans across the entire east side of the 20th floor of Pacific Tower., known as the Fable Hotel.

Step into the apartment and you'll find a bold, contemporary style throughout. A spacious hallway leads you into the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, a perfect space for entertaining. The kitchen is well equipped including a Nespresso coffee machine (complimentary pods) and a blender for cocktails and shakes.

From the north facing balcony you can watch the sun rise from the ocean and set behind the Southern Alps.
