Discover this charming frontline beach apartament in Altea, offering stunning views of the sea, the promenade, the iconic Peñon de Ifach and the nautical port. Its location is second to none: step out onto the street and you are met with a wide variety of restaurants to suit all tastes. Directly below stretches Altea's newly renovated promenade and the beach.



This apartament, situated on the third floor and accessible by lift, consists of two bedrooms with double beds. One of the bedrooms offers panoramic views, while the master bedroom has access to the terrace and views of the Mediterranean. The recently renovated bathroom includes a modern shower. The open plan kitchen, with breakfast bar, is fully equipped for short or extended stays. The living-dining room has a large window that lets in plenty of light and offers incredible panoramic views.



Furthermore, the apartament is equipped with air conditioning hot/cold in both bedrooms and in the living-dining room.

This apartment is lovely, next to the beach, close to fabulous bars and restaurants and within easy reach of public transport and with free on-street parking right outside the door. The apartment also has a lift which makes for easy access for all types of mobility. The apartment is well-appointed, providing most of the things a holidaymaker would need during their stay. This is a wonderful spot for a break and we had a fantastic time in Altea. We will be back!

El apartamento en muy bonito, tal y como sale en las fotos. Las vistas son espectaculares y está muy bien ubicado. Lo que menos me gustó fue la playa porque es de piedra y durante nuestra estancia debido al fuerte oleaje el agua estaba muy movida y tuvimos que ir a Calpe todos los días. Pero sin lugar a dudas repetiríamos.
