Dishonest and dangerous

This is by far the worst experience I've had with Vrbo. The property owners lied about the location - the advertised it as being in the centre of Bristol when in fact it is over 5 miles away in a run down suburb. The property itself was damp, and in the bathroom in particular so badly maintained that my children cut themselves on the broken bath tub and cracked tiles. I complained to the owners about both the false-advertising and the state of the property. They acknowledged both things but refused to refund my stay. They instead offered an entirely inadequate 20% discount, plus a 15% discount on any future stay - as if I would want to stay in one of their properties again. I have photos and videos of both the false-advertising and the dangerous condition of the property which I would be happy to share with anyone who is interested.
