The space
Your (tidal)waterfront home is set in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, right next to Sugden Regional Park, and just 3 miles south of 5th Ave./Old Naples, and the beaches.

With 2,700 sq. ft., the home provides ample space to spend quality time with loved ones.

Ground Floor (~ 1,300 sq. ft. plus lanai/pool)

You’re greeted by a bright, open-concept layout, a large dining area, and a spacious living area.

Walk from the living room outside to the heated pool and lanai, which features S.W exposure and beautiful sunsets.
A built-in grill and outdoor kitchen make entertaining effortless, while a full third bathroom downstairs provides convenient access to the pool area.

Upstairs (~ 1,400 sq. ft.)

The 650 sq. ft. master suite features a tray ceiling, its own cozy sitting area, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom.

Each of the remaining bedrooms features a spacious closet and ample natural light to ensure a restful stay for everyone in your group.

The attic and the garage are not accessible.

Other things to note
• Complimentary pool heating (87F preset) from December 1st through April 30th. During May - October the water temperature ranges from 80-86F due to warm and humid weather conditions.
• Gradual-slope pool (up to 6 ft deep). Perfect for swimming and relaxation!
• Linens replaced every 24 months - last replacement November 2024
• A subscription is required for preinstalled TV apps (Netflix, etc).
• Early check-in from 9:00 a.m., and late check-out till 5.00 p.m available upon request and availability for just $90. Please send us a message after booking.
• You’re welcome to enjoy tobacco products by the pool or lanai. Our smoking guests have always been respectful, so we’re glad to provide that outdoor flexibility.

It met my expectations. The amenities including kitchen cookware, utensils, keurig, blender, etc., were outstanding. The property was well maintained and the interior setup was nice with sufficient seating. Bedrooms were good. Pool was nice and patio area was great. Plenty of towels for showing, pool and beach use. Only issue was there was what appeared to be cat hair all over fabric of sofa and matching chairs. Since animals are allowed please be sure to vacuum off these furniture pieces when guests with animals check out. Overall would definitely reserve again. Also, the host was very kind and attentive to my requests.

Wonderful family vacation

Had a great stay at this location, the house is beautiful and well maintained, great screened in pool. It is right on a canal so fun to watch for fish and otters. The kitchen is large and was perfect for cooking a few dinners and lunches during the trip without bumping into each other.

This was a nice property. The upstairs bathroom does have to be shared with 3 bedrooms.Great master suite!!
