Great location for exploring the Normandy beaches. The house itself could have been cleaner - the bedding and bathroom were all good, but the floors were dirty and left a sticky layer on the soles of our shoes. Kitchen was sadly lacking in basic equipment - no serving spoon, only one saucepan lid - yet plenty of saucepans!

Das Haus ist zweckmäßig, könnte etwas gemütlicher sein. Angenehm ist der Garten für Kinder und Hunde. Die Lage ist sehr gut für die Erkundung der Landungsstrände sowie Bayeux. Weniger erfreulich ist die Abwicklung durch die Agentur Bellvilla, die bei uns trotz Nebensaison und offensichtlich bezugsfertigem Haus keinen früheren Zugang zum Haus ermöglicht hat. Der Zugang zum Schlüsselsafe ist mit einer Zeitschaltung geregelt und einen vorzeitigen Zugang muss man mit 10.- € pro Stunde bezahlen. In touristischen Hotspots zur Hochsaison habe ich dafür Verständnis, aber in Tracy-sur-mer ist das eher skurril. Genau wie die kleinliche Vorgabe, dass der Zugang zum Schlüsselsafe bei Abreise um Punkt 10.00h gesperrt wird. Völlig überzogener Zeitdruck. Auch die 21 Tage, die sich die Agentur für die Rückzahlung der Kaution vorbehält ist unüblich. Diese Erfahrung wird uns in Zukunft davon abhalten, Häuser unter dem Management von Bellvilla zu mieten.

Außerdem haben Sie Zugang zu einem großen Garten und einem privaten Parkplatz, auf dem Sie mehrere Autos parken können.Es ist der ideale Ort, um die Geschichte der Gegend zu erkunden und verschiedene Bilder zu besichtigen.Die Kontaktperson spricht gut Englisch und sind gut Das Haus ist sehr ruhig, hell gelegen.Je haben keine Probleme mit Verkehr oder Nachbarn. Einziges Manko ist, dass es keine Bäckerei in Laufnähe gibt.

Het strand is vlakbij, wat geweldig was voor onze uitstapjes. Ik raad het iedereen aan die op zoek is naar een rustig uitje.
